Premium Surfactants
SHOCK®
SHOCK surfactant is a premium spray-adjuvant pathway in the ProGreen Ag catalog. The product must be assessed with every tank partner, the target crop and current application conditions.

20% active defoamer
ZERO FOAM™ is ProGreen Ag’s high-potency tank mix defoamer and antifoam adjuvant, specifically engineered to halt unwanted foam generation and instantly knock down surface foam during spray tank filling and agitation. Designed for commercial agriculture, ZERO FOAM™ ensures maximum pump efficiency, accurate volume metering, and zero time wasted on tank overflows.
ZERO FOAM™ belongs to ProGreen Ag’s specialized spray adjuvant line and is formulated to solve one of the most frustrating field bottlenecks: excessive foam creation during spray batching. High-shear agitation, vigorous recalculation, and complex tank mixes involving surfactants, liquid nitrogen fertilizers, or emulsifiable concentrates often trap air and build heavy foam blankets. This foam leads to inaccurate tank filling, pump cavitation, chemical spillages, and lost operational time.
Guaranteed active concentrations, use rates, water volume ratios, and tank-mixing sequence guidelines apply only when ProGreen Ag label guidance is followed for approved crop programs. This prevents tank imbalance and ensures seamless sprayer operation.
Rate recommendations vary depending on water chemistry, shear level in the spray tank, and the specific active ingredients in use. Request a label review to confirm exact rates per 100 gallons for your planned application.

Bring your water source profile, chemical order of addition, and agitation setup into a brief review before introducing ZERO FOAM™ into the spray tank.
Is foam control required for your current mix components?
Are you adding ZERO FOAM™ at the correct mixing sequence?
Does the dosage align with your carrier volume and pump pressure?
ZERO FOAM™ is an advanced agricultural defoaming and antifoaming adjuvant. It works by reducing the surface tension of air bubbles trapped in spray solutions, causing existing foam to collapse instantly and preventing new foam from forming during aggressive tank recirculation and filling.
For optimal results, add ZERO FOAM™ to the spray tank after adding initial water but before adding high-foaming active ingredients, emulsifiable concentrates, or surfactants. If foam has already built up in the tank, squirt or pour ZERO FOAM™ directly onto the foam surface for immediate collapse.
No. ZERO FOAM™ is chemically inert with respect to active crop protection chemicals. It does not alter pesticide chemistry, biological activity, or crop safety when used according to label guidance.
Recommended rates generally range from 1 to 4 ounces per 100 gallons of spray solution, depending on the severity of foaming. You can view full rate charts on the official ZERO FOAM™ product label or request application guidance directly through ProGreen Ag.
